We were at Kenridge and Fairmont together. I remember you clearly for your craziness and a little bit of absent-mindedness:) I think about your story often and my thoughts and prayers are with you. I remember reading about a case of a young girl that had leukemia and there was no match on the registery in SA. The doctor suggested to her parents to have another child, as there is a 1 in 4 chance of getting a match from a sibling. Sure as hell, when the child was born, the bone marrow matched and the transplant was done. Maybe something to suggest to your mom....there is always hope.
